Ethical Line of Directions

Nordic Wind Invest® A/S facilitates investment opportunities in wind turbines and windfarms - from owners and mediators to investors. In order for Nordic Wind Invest® A/S to offer its professional the following conditions are necessary:

To customers

Customers are not allowed - without involving Nordic Wind Invest® A/S - to contact owners or sellers of wind turbines or windfarms, nor agents (mediators, brokers, developers) as long as the agreements are in force and in a subsequent period of six months.

If the customer - in conflict with the confidentiality agreement - chooses to contact owner, sellers or agents involved in the project, the customer is obliged to pay Nordic Wind Invest® A/S as if a deal has been closed with Nordic Wind Invest® A/S.

To agents

If Nordic Wind Invest® A/S engages and agent, the agent is obliged not to contact any customers of Nordic Wind Invest® A/S kunder nor is he allowed to pass on customer informations to other agents or buyers/sellers.

If an agent circumvent the agreements and contacts a buyer or seller, who the agent knows or should know is a client at Nordic Wind Invest® A/S, the agent is committed to pay Nordic Wind Invest® A/S the commision which Nordic Wind Invest® A/S is entitled to according to the contract with the customer.

Any assignments commenced by Nordic Wind Invest® A/S is subject to the general business conditions of Nordic Wind Invest® A/S.

Confidentiality

No financial nor personal customer  informations can be tranferred to a third party without a written consent of the customer.
